Refund Policy

I. Application Fees Are Not Refundable + Tuition Fees Are Not Refundable:

a. If a student fails to comply with the conditions of enrolment at AIICABM

b. If a student withdraws from their course after the course has commenced

c. If a student/parent provides false or misleading information

II. Part or Whole of the Tuition Fees are refundable under the following circumstances:

a. AIICABM will refund 100%* of the tuition fees paid if the institution is unable to meet the minimum
number of students per intake and is unable to deliver the course. (application fee is non-refundable)

b. AIICABM will refund 70% of the tuition fees paid if you withdraw from your course 4 weeks (28 days)
or more before your course commencement date (application fee is non-refundable).

c. AIICABM will refund 50% of the tuition fees paid if you withdraw from your course within the final 2
weeks (14 days) before the course commencement date (application fee is non-refundable).

d. AIICABM will refund 0% of the tuition fees paid if you withdraw from your course after the course has
commenced.

*In cases where visa refusal was a result of fraudulent, forged document(s) or misleading information, tuition fees paid will be forfeited and no refund will be considered.

  • Payment deposit slip
  • Invoice / OR
  • Scholarship Grant if any
  • LOO (Letter of Offer)
  • 2 valid IDs
  • Affidavit of Refund (c/o AIICABM)
  • SPA (c/o AIICABM) if required
